Prior to this position understand was prior QF Mgr UK and Ireland. After CBR he retired from Qantas and joined Thomas Cook Cbr office.
Jim had a distinguished career in the RAAF and was awarded an OBE.
He has made a number of voice contributions to the Australian War Memorial, which you can listen to on the internet.
