David was a Sales Trainee initially, then he was promoted to the the “posting circuit”.
He was appointed the DSM Scandinavia .
When he completed this posting he resigned from Qantas .
Formed a partnership with Clive Nelthorpe and setup a new Travel Agency in Perth, Motive Travel.
This became a successful large Travel Agency in Perth.
